Before Aubrey Harper founded 4AM Midstream, he served as vice president of pipeline business development for PLH Group, a leading provider of construction, maintenance, engineering and system integrity services to the energy industry in North America. Aubrey has more than 40 years of experience in the pipeline industry. Previously, he was vice president of midstream services for IPS Engineering in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and held senior-level positions with Eastern Washakie Midstream. As president of Eastern Washakie, he managed gas long-haul pipeline transportation volumes and contracts and third-party gas-gathering contracts, as well as gathering and mainline pipelines, compressor stations and central delivery plants. As Eastern Washakie’s vice president of operations, he managed a natural gas production field of 72 wells producing 65 MMCFPD, six water injection wells and the drilling and completion of 24 new natural gas wells. Aubrey has also worked for Double Eagle Petroleum and Willbros.
Beth Ann Smith
Beth Ann Smith’s combined experience in the commercial real estate and energy industries enables her to bring a unique skillset to 4AM Midstream. Her 12 years in real estate have contributed to her expertise in transaction negotiation, data analysis, cost estimating, market analysis, strategic planning, asset management and commercial structuring and development. In her 20 years in the energy industry, Beth Ann has specialized in contract negotiation, business development, financial planning strategy, OSHA compliance management, estimating/bidding and quality assurance/quality control engineering. She has a bachelor of science in communications and public relations from Appalachian State University.
Senior VP of Administration
Rebecca Studer graduated from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, with a bachelor’s in business management with special studies in accounting and human resources. Complementing her studies, she joined Lamberth, Cifelli, Stokes, Ellis & Nason, P.A. in Atlanta, Georgia, where she spent five years in the legal sector, concentrating on local, federal and international business transactions. Thereafter, she joined another firm, where her focus was on oil and gas. In addition to her legal knowledge, Rebecca has also had extensive experience in successfully preparing and executing business plans over the past decade. As 4AM Midstream’s senior vice president of administration, Rebecca assists the company with its operations, capital expenditures and development.
VP of Business Development
Before joining 4AM Midstream, Taylor Maxwell was director of business development for the western region, covering both the power line and pipeline industries, for PLH Group, a leading provider of construction, maintenance, engineering and system integrity services to the energy industry in North America. Prior to that, he served as director of marketing at Snelson Companies, Inc., a contractor for oil and gas pipeline, distribution, station and facility construction, and infrastructure integrity services. Taylor is an Oklahoma State University graduate with a degree in sports management. Before he started his career in the oil and gas industry, he worked for three years as a player development coach in the NBA G-League and trained NBA players at Impact Basketball in Las Vegas.
VP of Operations
Don Dunlop brings more than 10 years of production engineering, operations and project management in the exploration and production (E&P) energy sector to 4AM Midstream. Prior to joining the company as vice president of operations in early 2017, he worked at LINN Energy as a senior production engineer supporting the Oklahoma-Kansas Asset team for seven years. During this time, he provided engineering oversight for more than 800 oil and gas assets throughout central and northwestern Oklahoma and south-central Kansas. Don holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Kathy Stevenson graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1997 with a bachelor of business administration in accounting. She then worked for a local CPA firm in the Oklahoma City area, specializing in tax preparation and research. With her tax knowledge, Kathy accepted a position in the income tax department of Devon Energy Corporation. She passed the CPA exam in 2000 and subsequently worked for various agencies within the state of Oklahoma, gaining valuable knowledge of purchasing and finance. Prior to joining 4AM Midstream, Kathy was employed with The Williams Companies, formerly Access Midstream, where she translated financial information into understandable and actionable data. Her areas of expertise are financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and project controls.
